You can set your preferred units for weight, distance, and other metrics. Your preference is applied across FITR - it affects how training parts display values and how you log performance data.
🖥 How to change your default units (Coach)
Click your profile icon in the bottom-left corner
Go to Settings > General
Update the Units preference and save
📱 How to change your default units (Client)
Open the Client App and go to Profile
Tap Settings
Select your preferred units
