Set Your Mood and Energy Levels (Client)

How to log your daily mood and energy levels in the FITR Client App so your coach can see how you're feeling.

Before each training session, you can log how you are feeling using the mood and energy indicators in the Client App. Your coach can see these readings on your profile to help them understand how you are managing your training load.

  1. Open the Client App and go to your training calendar

  2. Tap on today's training day

  3. At the top of the session, tap Log mood & energy

  4. Select your current mood and energy level

  5. Confirm
