  • You were prompted to add billing details during checkout

  • You need to add a payment method before joining a program

3. Before you start

  • Prerequisites:

    • You must have a FITR client account

    • You must be logged in

  • Required permissions:

    • You must be the account holder

4. Step-by-step instructions

Desktop

  1. Log in to FITR using a web browser.

  2. Select Billing on the menu to the left.

  3. Go to Payment Method. Here you can add or update your billing details. This information will appear on all invoices and receipts once saved.

  4. Save your payment method.

  • Your billing information will now be available for program subscriptions.

Mobile

  1. Log in to FITR on your mobile device.

  2. Tap your profile icon in the top right corner.

  3. Select My Programs.

  4. Tap the menu icon in the top right corner and choose Billing.

  5. Open the dropdown and click Payment Method . Here you can add or update your billing details. This information will appear on all invoices and receipts once saved.

  6. Save your payment method.

  • Your billing information will now be available for program subscriptions.
