Prerequisites:
You must have a FITR client account
You must be logged in
Required permissions:
You must be the account holder
4. Step-by-step instructions
Desktop
Log in to FITR using a web browser.
Select Billing on the menu to the left.
Go to Payment Method. Here you can add or update your billing details. This information will appear on all invoices and receipts once saved.
Save your payment method.
Your billing information will now be available for program subscriptions.
Mobile
Log in to FITR on your mobile device.
Tap your profile icon in the top right corner.
Select My Programs.
Tap the menu icon in the top right corner and choose Billing.
Open the dropdown and click Payment Method . Here you can add or update your billing details. This information will appear on all invoices and receipts once saved.
Save your payment method.
Your billing information will now be available for program subscriptions.

Problem: I can’t add my billing information.
Cause: Your browser or network may be blocking the payment form.
Fix: Try again using a different browser, device, or update the app.
Problem: My card details were saved but checkout still fails.
Cause: The card may be declined by your bank or incorrectly entered.
Fix: Double-check your card details or try a different payment method.
