Cancel a Program Before End of Trial (Client)

Desktop

  1. Log in to FITR using a web browser.

  2. From your dashboard, select Billing.

  3. Find the program subscription with the active trial.

  4. Select More > Cancel Subscription.

    • Cancelling before the trial ends means you won’t be charged.

  5. Confirm the cancellation when prompted.

Mobile

  1. Open the FITR app and tap your profile icon in the top right corner.

  2. Select My Programs.

  3. Locate the program with the active trial.

  4. Tap Manage Subscription at the bottom of the screen.

    • Cancelling during the trial prevents any future charges.

  5. You will be taken to 'My Purchases' then select 'More' next to the program you would like to cancel

  6. Select 'Cancel Subscription'

  7. Confirm the cancellation.

5. Troubleshooting & FAQs

Problem: I can’t see a cancel option.

  • Cause: The subscription may be managed by your coach or was started using a third-party payment method.

  • Fix: Try cancelling using a desktop browser or contact your coach to manage the cancellation for you.

Problem: I cancelled but I can still access the program.

  • Cause: Cancelling stops future payments but doesn’t immediately remove access during the trial.

  • Fix: You’ll keep access until the trial ends, but no payment will be taken if you cancelled in time.

  • You were charged after cancelling during the trial

    • Support needs: Program name, cancellation date, and a screenshot showing the cancellation confirmation

  • You can’t find the Cancel Subscription option on any device

    • Support needs: Device type, operating system, and screenshots of your billing screen
