Deactivate or Delete a Coupon (Coach)

How to delete or deactivate a coupon on FITR, and the difference between the two options depending on whether it has been used.

You can deactivate or delete coupons from your FITR dashboard. Which option is available depends on whether a client has already used the code.

  • You want to stop a coupon from being used going forward

  • You want to delete a coupon that was never used


πŸ—‘ Deleting a coupon

You can only delete a coupon if no client has used it yet.

  1. Go to Coupons in your dashboard

  2. Click the ... menu on the right side of the coupon

  3. Select Delete


🚫 Deactivating a coupon

If a client has already used the coupon, you cannot delete it - you can only deactivate it. Deactivating stops the coupon from being used in the future but does not affect anyone who already has it applied to their subscription.

  1. Go to Coupons in your dashboard

  2. Click Deactivate next to the coupon

You can view deactivated coupons via Filters in the Coupons section. Note that deactivated coupons cannot be reactivated.
