Issue a Refund (Coach)

How to issue a refund to a client, via Stripe directly or through the FITR coach dashboard transaction history.

Refunds are issued through Stripe. The decision to refund is entirely yours as the coach. FITR does not issue refunds on your behalf.


πŸ–₯ How to issue a refund

Go directly to your Stripe dashboard and find the payment you want to refund. From there you can issue a full or partial refund.

Alternatively, if you can see the transaction in your FITR dashboard:

  1. Go to your coach dashboard and open the transaction history

  2. Find the client using the search bar

  3. Click the ... menu on the transaction you want to refund

  4. Select Refund

  5. Enter the amount β€” minimum Β£1, maximum is the gross transaction value. Only one refund is allowed per transaction
