FITR accepts video uploads in MP4 and MOV format. You can also embed videos directly from YouTube.

Use MP4 or MOV files. The maximum upload size is 500MB per file. If your video is larger than 500MB, host it on YouTube and embed it using the YouTube tab instead.

Select the YouTube tab in the media uploader

1. Select the YouTube tab in the media uploader
2. Paste the video URL and press Enter

You can also access FITR's built-in video library by selecting the FITR Library tab.
