FITR has a 500MB upload limit per Resource file. If your file is too large, the most practical solution is to host it on YouTube and embed it instead.

Upload your video to YouTube (you will need a YouTube channel — create one at <a href="https://www.youtube.com/create_channel" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">youtube.com/create_channel</a>)

In FITR's media uploader, select the YouTube tab

1. Upload your video to YouTube (you will need a YouTube channel — create one at <a href="https://www.youtube.com/create_channel" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">youtube.com/create_channel</a>)
2. In FITR's media uploader, select the YouTube tab
3. Paste your video URL and press Enter
