When you create a Package, your clients can browse and purchase it from your Storefront, then access all included programs directly from a new Packages icon in their FITR app.

You want to understand what your clients experience after subscribing to a Package
A client is asking where to find their Package or how to start a program inside it
You want to know how the platform handles a client who already purchased one of your programs individually
βοΈ Purchasing a Package
Clients access your Package through your Storefront page or a direct Checkout Link - the same way they purchase a standard program. The Storefront page shows the package name, description, cover image, and pricing options.

Clients select a subscription option and complete checkout. Once payment is confirmed, they have immediate access to all programs in the package.
π± Finding the Package in the app
After subscribing, clients will see a new Packages icon in their FITR app. When a new package is available for the first time, the icon shows a red notification badge so they know something is ready.
Tapping the Packages icon opens the package and shows all included programs. From here, clients can add any program to their training calendar by tapping the green add icon, or remove it using the red trash icon. They can do this at any time and run multiple programs simultaneously.
Once a program is added to their calendar, it works exactly the same as any other program on FITR.
βοΈ What happens if a client already has one of the programs
If a client has previously purchased one of the programs in your package individually, the platform handles this automatically. The program will not be duplicated or charged for again.
The client will see the program inside the package and be given the option to continue from where they left off, or restart from the beginning.
β οΈ Custom App clients
If you have a Custom App, your clients will gain access to Packages approximately two weeks after the main release date of 8 June 2026. You can create and set up packages before this date. Your clients will see the Packages icon in their app once the feature rolls out to Custom Apps.
In the meantime, if clients are asking about the new icon or why they cannot access it yet, let them know it is coming shortly and they should ensure their app is updated to the latest version.
π§ Troubleshooting
A client cannot see the Packages icon in their app
The most common cause is an outdated app version. Ask the client to update the FITR app to the latest version and check again. Custom App clients will not see Packages until approximately two weeks after the 8 June 2026 release.
A client subscribed but cannot see the programs inside the package
Ask the client to tap the Packages icon in the app (not the Programs tab) - the programs are accessed from inside the package, not from the main program list. If the programs are still not showing after this, contact support.
A program is showing twice for a client
This should not happen. Contact support with the client's email address and the package name so we can investigate.
