How to Manage Your Packages (Coach)

How to edit, update, manage availability, archive, and delete your Packages after they go live.

⏳ Coming soon - June 2026. Packages is not yet available on FITR. This article will be ready to use when the feature launches.

Once a Package is live, you can edit its details, add or remove programs, control availability, and archive or delete it at any time from the Packages tab.

βš™οΈ What you can manage

From the Packages tab in your sidebar, click More on any package to see the full set of management options.

The available actions are:

  • Edit package details - update the name, URL, overview description, cover image, and pricing

  • Add or remove programs - adjust which programs are included at any time

  • Set availability - block new subscribers from joining without affecting existing subscribers

  • Archive the package - hides the package from your Storefront but keeps existing subscriber access intact

  • Delete the package - permanently removes the package

πŸ–₯ How to edit a Package - Desktop

  1. Go to Packages in the left sidebar.

  2. Find the package you want to update and click More.

  3. Select Edit.

  4. Make your changes - update the details, adjust the program list, or change pricing.

  5. Save your changes.

βš™οΈ How to block new subscribers

  1. Go to Packages in the left sidebar.

Deleting a package is permanent. If you are unsure, archive first.

πŸ”§ Troubleshooting

I removed a program from a package - what happens to clients currently using it?

Removing a program from a package removes it from the package offering going forward. If you have active subscribers, contact support before removing programs to confirm the impact on those clients.

I archived the package but a client says they can no longer access it

Archiving should not affect existing subscriber access. Ask the client to update their FITR app to the latest version and try again. If the issue persists, contact support with the client's email address and the package name.

πŸ’¬ Contact Support if...

  • An existing subscriber has lost access to a package after you archived it

  • You are unable to save edits to a package due to an error

  • You want to remove a program from a package that has active subscribers and need guidance on the impact

Please include your FITR account email, the package name, and the affected client's email if relevant.
