Upgrading and Downgrading Your Plan (Coach)

How to upgrade or downgrade your FITR plan — when changes take effect, what happens if you have too many clients, and what features you lose on the Free Plan.

You can upgrade or downgrade your FITR plan at any time from your account settings. Here is how each works.


🖥 How to upgrade

  1. Click Upgrade from an in-app banner or go to your Subscription / Billing tab

  2. Select the client band you want to move to

  3. Complete checkout

Upgrades take effect immediately. Pro-rata billing applies for the remainder of your current billing period.


🖥 How to downgrade

  1. Reduce your active client count to fit within the lower band

  2. Go to Manage My Plan and initiate the downgrade

Downgrades take effect at your next billing date. If you still have too many active clients when the downgrade is due, it will not go through — you will receive a notification to adjust your client count first.


⚠️ What you lose when downgrading to the Free Plan

Moving from PRO to Free removes access to: Zapier, Supersets, the Custom App bolt-on, multiple coach notes, and unlimited downloads. These features are unavailable on the Free Plan.
