Macros for Coaches: Reviewing Client Progress

How to use Review Mode to check client macro adherence and message clients who have completed or missed their targets.

Review Mode lets you check how your clients are tracking against their assigned macro targets - including whether they have logged anything for the day and how their intake compares to their goals. You can also message clients directly from this view.

  • You want to check which clients have and have not logged their macros

  • You want to follow up with clients who are missing their targets

  • You want to understand what clients see in their macro tracking view


πŸ–₯ How to review client macro progress

  1. Open your program and enter Review Mode

  2. Select a day that has a macros block assigned

  3. You will see each client listed with their macro adherence status:

    • Completed - the client has recorded some macros for that day

    • Missed - no macros recorded for that day

  4. Click into a client to see their assigned targets and daily intake breakdown

You can message clients directly from the macros review view:

  • Message an individual client by clicking their name

  • Message all clients who completed their macros at once

  • Message all clients who missed their macros at once
