A 1-2-1 program gives each client their own individual calendar, allowing you to personalise their training while managing multiple clients inside the same program structure.

⚙️ How 1-2-1 programs work
Each client you add gets their own individual calendar - their programming is separate from other clients in the same program
You can edit each client's version of the program independently
Clients retain their full training history and Personal Records even when moved to a new subscription
🖥 How to create a 1-2-1 program
Go to Programs and click Create program
Select 1-2-1 as the program type
Set up your program details - name, price (or set to free for invite-only), and any other settings
Publish the program
👤 How to invite and onboard a client
From your program, click Add client or go to Clients and select Invite
Enter the client's email address and send the invite
The client accepts the invite and appears in your program as a subscriber
Each client now has their own programming calendar inside the program
✏️ How to edit an individual client's program
Open your 1-2-1 program
Select the client whose calendar you want to edit
Make changes directly to their schedule - these will not affect other clients in the same program
🔧 Troubleshooting and FAQs
A client accepted my invite but I cannot see their calendar
Cause: They may appear under a different tab in the program. Check the Active clients tab.
Fix: Refresh your dashboard. If they are still missing, contact FITR Support with the client's email address.
Can I add a client to multiple 1-2-1 programs?
Yes - a client can be subscribed to multiple programs simultaneously. Each creates a separate subscription and calendar for that client.
