My Program Has a Free Trial — What to Expect (Client)

What to expect during a free trial on FITR - what training you can see, how the trial period works, and how to cancel if you decide not to continue.

Updated today

If your program includes a free trial, this article explains how it works. What you can access during the trial, how the billing works when the trial ends, and how to cancel if you decide it is not for you.

📋 When to use this

  • You have joined a program with a free trial and want to understand what to expect

  • You want to know what training you can access during the trial

⚙️ How trials work

What you can see during your trial

During the trial period, you can see training up to the end of your remaining trial days. Content beyond that point becomes available once your first payment goes through and your subscription is active.

How the transition to a subscription works

When the trial period ends, your subscription moves to active and your first payment is taken. The first charge covers a full billing period and the trial days are not deducted from it. Everything carries on automatically - no action needed from you to continue.

Cancelling during the trial

You can cancel at any point before the trial ends. Cancelling during the trial means no payment is taken. Your access continues until the trial period naturally expires. See the related article below for step-by-step cancellation instructions.
