When to Use This
A coach has a new profile picture
The wrong avatar is showing to clients
You’re setting up or refreshing your coaching team profiles
Before You Start
You must be logged in as the account owner or have permission to manage coaches
Changes are made in Settings → Coaches
Updates apply across FITR
Step-by-Step Instructions
Log into your FITR coach account
Click your profile picture (bottom-left) and select Settings
Open the Coaches tab
Find the coach you want to update
Click Edit next to their name
Upload or change the coach’s profile picture
Save your changes
The updated avatar will appear across FITR for clients and coaches.

Each coach has their own profile picture
Images should be clear and professional for the best client experience
Troubleshooting & FAQs
The new profile picture isn’t showing
Cause: Caching or refresh delay
Fix: Refresh the page or log out and back in
