Update Your Coaching Account Billing Address (Coach)

How to update the billing or business address on your FITR coaching account for future invoices and Stripe payouts.

You can update your coaching account billing address through Settings. This address appears on your FITR subscription invoices going forward.


πŸ“‹ When to use this

  • You have moved and need to update your business or billing address

  • Your invoices are showing an incorrect address

  • You need your business address updated in Stripe for tax purposes


⚠️ Before you start

  • Address changes apply to future invoices only - past invoices cannot be updated retroactively

  • PO Boxes and invalid addresses are not accepted


πŸ–₯ Update your billing address in FITR

  1. Click your profile icon in the bottom-left of your coach dashboard and select Settings

2. Click the Billing tab

3. Click Update next to your current address

4. Enter your new billing address and save

πŸ–₯ Update your business address in Stripe

If you need to update the business address on your Stripe account (used for payouts and tax):

  1. Log in to your Stripe dashboard

  2. Go to Business Settings

  3. Find the Business Address section and update your details


πŸ”§ Troubleshooting and FAQs

My old address is still showing on my latest invoice

  • Cause: The address change only applies from the point of update - it will not backdate to previously issued invoices.

  • Fix: Your next invoice will show the updated address. For previously issued invoices, you would need to void and reissue them.
