  1. Contact FITR Support via live chat inside the platform, or email [email protected]

  2. Provide your current registered email and the new email address you want to use

  3. The team will ask you to verify any two of the following before the change is made:

    • Your current registered email address

    • Your most recent invoice or payment amount

    • Your account ID or business name

    • Your Stripe customer ID

  4. Once verified, the team will update the email address for you

Will changing my email affect my Stripe or billing?
