You want to update the email address linked to your FITR account
You no longer have access to your current email and need to switch to a new one

Contact FITR Support via live chat inside the platform, or email [email protected]
Provide your current registered email and the new email address you want to use
The team will ask you to verify any two of the following before the change is made:
Your current registered email address
Your most recent invoice or payment amount
Your account ID or business name
Your Stripe customer ID
Once verified, the team will update the email address for you

I no longer have access to my old email address
Contact support and explain the situation. The team can verify your identity using other details on your account such as payment history, business name, or Stripe ID.
Will changing my email affect my Stripe or billing?
Your Stripe account is linked separately. Changing your FITR email does not automatically update your Stripe email. If needed, update your Stripe email directly in your Stripe dashboard.
