Sets and Reps is the core building block for programming workouts in FITR. Use it alone or combine it with open text to structure any training session.
π₯ How to add a Sets and Reps block
Open your program schedule and hover over a day
Click the Add sets block icon to add the first block
To add another block to the same day, click Add block at the bottom of build mode
βοΈ Exercise columns and metrics
Strength exercises default to 3 columns: Weight, Reps, and Rest. Cardio exercises default to 2 columns: Time and Rest. You can change these to any metric from the full list, and each block can have between 1 and 3 columns.
Weight metrics (kg/lbs) automatically switch for each client based on their app settings. Personal Records also follow the client's preferences.
βοΈ Supersets
Supersets are available on the PRO Plan only. They let you link multiple exercises to be performed consecutively. Exercises are labelled 1A, 1B, etc. You can link up to 10 exercises per superset and reorder them at any time.
To add a superset, click the bottom-right corner of an existing set block and select the next exercise.
βοΈ Exercise library and custom exercises
FITR includes a library of hundreds of pre-loaded exercises. You can also create your own by going to Programming > Exercises β add a name, select Strength or Cardio, assign muscle groups, choose equipment, and optionally attach a video. Free Plan coaches cannot create, edit, or delete exercises.
Each block supports up to 10 rows. You can attach as many videos as you want to any exercise in the Exercises library.
