Body Metrics Tracking

Track body metrics as a client and review progress as a coach, with the ability to comment and have ongoing conversations about results.

For clients

Access your body metrics

  1. Open the FITR app

  2. Click the graph icon in the bottom menu

  3. Select Body Metrics


View and add body metrics

From the Body Metrics tab, you can:

  • View all previously recorded metrics

  • Add a new body metric entry


Review progress over time

  1. Select a body metric (e.g. bodyweight, measurements, body fat)

  2. View:

    • Progress chart

    • Full history of entries

You can also:

  • Edit an entry

  • Delete an entry

    (using the three-dot menu)


Add comments

Use the comments icon in the top-right corner to:

  • Leave notes for yourself

  • Communicate directly with your coach

Your coach will be able to see and respond to these comments.

  • Spot trends in body composition and wellbeing

  • Encourage accountability and conversation

  • Support structured check-ins
