Challenges are repeatable named workouts; think Fran, Grace, a 2km row, or any benchmark you create yourself. Every time a client completes a Challenge in any program, their score is added to a single running leaderboard so you can track progress over time. FITR comes with 800+ pre-loaded Challenges ready to use, plus you can create your own.
π₯ Create your own Challenge
Go to Challenges from your main navigation
Click Create a Challenge
Name it, describe what's involved, and choose the scoring metric (time, reps, weight, etc.)
Save
π₯ Insert a Challenge into a program
Open your program schedule and hover over any day
Click the Insert Challenge icon
Select a Challenge from your library or the pre-loaded list - you can also create a new one here.
Once inserted, it appears in the schedule. When clients log their score, it feeds into the Challenge's central leaderboard.
