Create and Use Challenges in Your Programming (Coach)

How to create and use Challenges in FITR programming - building your own repeatable workouts or using pre-loaded Challenges and inserting them into any program.

Challenges are repeatable named workouts; think Fran, Grace, a 2km row, or any benchmark you create yourself. Every time a client completes a Challenge in any program, their score is added to a single running leaderboard so you can track progress over time. FITR comes with 800+ pre-loaded Challenges ready to use, plus you can create your own.

πŸ–₯ Create your own Challenge

  1. Go to Challenges from your main navigation

  2. Click Create a Challenge

  3. Name it, describe what's involved, and choose the scoring metric (time, reps, weight, etc.)

  4. Save

πŸ–₯ Insert a Challenge into a program

  1. Open your program schedule and hover over any day

  2. Click the Insert Challenge icon

  3. Select a Challenge from your library or the pre-loaded list - you can also create a new one here.

Once inserted, it appears in the schedule. When clients log their score, it feeds into the Challenge's central leaderboard.
