Learn how to change the email address linked to your FITR account so future logins, notifications, and billing emails go to the correct inbox.

2. When to use this

  • You no longer have access to your current email address

  • You want FITR emails sent to a different inbox

  • You’re updating your account details for security or organisation

3. Before you start

  • Required permissions:

    • You must be the account owner

4. Step-by-step instructions

Please contact FITR Support via Live Chat and include:

  • Your current registered email address

  • The new email address you’d like to use

To protect your account, we’ll ask you to verify any two of the following before we can make the change:

  • The registered email address on the account

  • The most recent invoice or payment amount

  • Your account ID or business name

  • Your Stripe customer ID

Once verified, our team will update the email address for you.
