What's included in your 14-day free trial, what happens when it ends, and how the Free Plan works for coaches with up to 3 clients.

Every new FITR coach gets 14 days to explore the full platform - no credit card required, no restrictions, no client limit. This article covers what to expect during your trial and what happens when it ends.


🎯 Your 14-day free trial

Your trial gives you complete access to every FITR feature from day one. Tracks, Zapier, Customisation, Payment Subscription Options, full programming tools, financial dashboards, reporting - all of it, with no client cap for the duration of the 14 days.

No credit card is required to start. You can add clients, build programmes, and run your business exactly as you would on a paid plan.

Make the most of it. The trial is the full platform - use it to build your first program, invite your first clients, and see how FITR fits your workflow.

Coaches who get to 6 active clients during their trial are significantly more likely to stay and grow.


πŸ“‹ What happens when your trial ends

At the end of your 14 days, what happens next depends on your active client count.

3 or fewer active clients: your account moves to the Free Plan automatically. No action needed, no payment required.

More than 3 active clients: you will need to select a paid level to continue. Your account will enter a restricted state until you upgrade - existing clients are not removed, but no new clients can join and some features will be limited until your plan is active.

You will receive reminders as your trial approaches its end so you have time to make a decision without any disruption to your business.

To select a paid level, go to Settings β†’ Subscription β†’ Manage My Plan.

The Free Plan

The Free Plan is free forever for coaches with up to 3 active clients. There is no time limit and no credit card required.

What is included on the Free Plan: core coaching features, the FITR coach app, basic programme tools, and up to 3 Fixed Length programme downloads.

What is not included: Tracks, Zapier, Customisation, supersets, custom exercises, multiple coach notes, unlimited downloads, Payment Subscription Options, and additional coaches.

An active client is any client with a subscription - free or paid - to one of your programmes. Clients who have made a one-off Fixed Length programme purchase do not count toward your limit.


πŸš€ Hitting the 3-client limit

When you reach 3 active clients on the Free Plan, new clients who try to sign up will see a message that your account is full. You will also receive a notification.

If you want to keep growing, upgrading to Band 1 starts at Β£14.99 a month for up to 5 clients - and every paid level includes the full FITR feature set. As your client base grows, your per-client cost drops.
