Rep Converter, Percentage and Pace Calculators (Client)

How to use the three training calculators in the FITR Client App — Rep Converter, Percentage Calculator, and Pace Calculator.

The FITR Client App includes three built-in calculators accessible from the Log Performance screen — Rep Converter, Percentage Calculator, and Pace Calculator. They are also available on the FITR website.


📱 How to access the calculators

Open the FITR Client App, go to the Log Performance screen for any training section, and scroll to the Calculators section.


⚙️ Rep Converter

Enter a weight and rep count you know, and the calculator estimates what you could lift for any rep range from 1 to 20.

Example: Input 100kg for 1 rep → estimated weight for 8 reps = 81kg.


⚙️ Percentage Calculator

Enter any number (e.g. your 1RM, max time, or distance) and the calculator displays a table of values from 2.5% to 100% in 2.5% increments.

Example: Input 200 → 80% = 160, 50% = 100, 20% = 40.


⚙️ Pace Calculator

Enter a pace per km or mile and the calculator shows estimated finish times for common race distances (5km, 10km, half marathon, marathon, and more). For each distance you get three results: your entered pace, 5 seconds faster, and 5 seconds slower.

Example: Input 05:00 pace → 5km times: 24:35 / 25:00 / 25:25.
