2. When to use this
When you want to offer individualised coaching to paying clients.
When each client needs their own personalised calendar and training schedule.
When you want to centralise billing and manage all clients at a specific price point within one program.
3. Before you start
Prerequisites: Access to a FITR coaching account with permission to create programs.
Required permissions: Must be a coach or admin with program creation rights.
4. Step-by-step instructions
Desktop
Sign in to FITR and go to Programs → Create a Program.
Select 1-2-1 Program as the program type.
Enter the program name, price point, description, and any other settings.
Publish the program.
After publishing, go to the Clients section of that program.
Invite clients using one of the available methods:
Manual invite: add name and email so they appear as pending.
Email invite or share program URL - clients can sign up instantly.
5. As clients are added, FITR will create a unique calendar for each client. Begin programming directly in each client’s bespoke calendar.
Mobile
Open FITR Coach app and navigate to Programs.
Create a new 1-2-1 Program and fill in pricing and details.
Publish the program.
Go to Program → Clients → Invite.
Add clients (manual/email/URL).
Open each client’s calendar and begin adding training and scheduling.
5. Troubleshooting & FAQs
Problem: I can’t add programming content before a client signs up.
Cause: FITR needs a client profile to generate a calendar.
Fix: Use Manual invite to create the client as pending, then program before sending the formal invite.
Problem: Clients can’t reschedule their sessions themselves.
Cause: 1-2-1 calendars are fixed and bespoke per client.
Fix: Reschedule on behalf of your client within the program schedule.
