Summary
Enhance your clients’ training experience by adding videos, images, or documents to any block in a day’s program. FITR makes it easy to upload your own files, embed YouTube videos, or use existing resources from the Fitr Library.
When to use this
You want to provide instructional videos or movement standards for a session
You want clients to have reference materials like PDFs or images
You want to make training more interactive and engaging
Before you start
You must have a program and schedule created
Ensure your media files are under 500MB for uploads
You need internet access to embed YouTube videos
Step-by-step instructions
Open your program schedule and locate the day/block where you want to add a resource on your desktop.
Click Add Resources for the selected block (used on free text or sets).
Choose your preferred method of adding content:
YouTube Integration
Copy the YouTube URL of your video.
Paste it into the YouTube section at the top.
Press 'Add Link' - the video is now embedded.
All added URLs are saved in your library for future use.
My Library (Upload from Device)
Click Upload from Device.
Select your video, image, or document (max 500MB per file).
Uploaded items are saved in your personal library for reuse.
Fitr Library
Browse the Fitr Library to select existing movement videos.
Click 'Add' to include the resource in your day’s training.
Troubleshooting & FAQs
Problem: Video won’t play → Cause: File too large or unsupported format → Fix: Use YouTube embed or check file type
Problem: Uploaded resource not visible → Cause: Browser cache or incomplete upload → Fix: Refresh page or re-upload
Problem: YouTube link not saving → Cause: Incorrect URL → Fix: Use the full video URL and try again
